County Awards Night - "Circling the Wagons" this Sunday!!
To celebrate the completion of the 2019-2020 4-H year, Kaufman AgriLife County Extension and the 4-H Youth Council invites your family to the 4-H Awards Night.
The event will be held at the Kaufman County Fairground in Kaufman, TX. The festivities will start at 4 pm. We would like everyone to start to arrive around 3:30 pm to start “Circling the Wagon's". The Council will greet you at the gate and hand each family attending a windshield sign and a bag with items needed for the pre-award celebration games. They also will help guide you to your parking place. We will literally be “Circling the Wagon's” as we will be parking everyone in a circle on the outside field.
Families are encouraged to bring chairs to sit at their vehicles for the celebration.
The 4-H Youth Council is sponsoring 1 larger Little Caesar's pizza for each family with the option to purchase extra pizzas if you need them for $5.00 each. Please use the google link to order your choice of pizza and to RSVP if your family is coming to the event. You will need to provide snacks and drinks.
A variety of awards will be given to 4-H’ers for their accomplishments, participation, and record books for the 2019-2020 4-H year. The council will also be hosting a movie afterwards in the livestock barn if you wish to stay.
