General Rules & Regulations
• All exhibitors must be a bonafide 4–H or FFA member.
• Entry fees: $25
• Check-in - weigh-in from 7:30-9 a.m. Showmanship Clinic will begin at 9 a.m. Show will begin at 11
a.m. with market lambs.
• Animals must be the property of the exhibitor. Registration papers may be checked as you check in,
please have original registration papers available at time of check–in.
• Showmanship is $5 at the gate - winner take all.
• Showmanship classes will follow the breed show. Divisions will be: Junior – 9 to 14 years, Senior – 15
to 19 years and Novice – any 1st year exhibitor. Can only enter one division. Age as of 8-31-12.
• Decision of the judges will be final.
Division & Classes
• There must be a minimum of 3 animals to justify a breed. If there are less than 3 animals of a breed, they
will be shown in other registered breeds. Champion & Reserve Champion awards will be awarded in
each breed. Awards will also be presented in each division for Champion and Reserve Champion.
(American, British & Continental).
• Breeds will show by division – American, British & Continental .
• NO BULLS
• Commercial Heifers, Steers, Market Lambs & Market Goats will show by weight.
• No Animals older than June 1, 2010 (30 months).
• Blow and Go. NO Adhesive!
• Generators Welcome
• Health Papers (check with vet for current requirements)
