Several members of the Kaufman County 4-H
program traveled to Austin Wednesday to be a part of 4-H day at the
Capitol.In total, 8 kids participated in the event, along with six
adults, County Extension Agent Carrie Sharp. Over 400 4-H members from across the State of Texas traveled to meet and talk with their Representatives and Senators.
Kaufman County had the opportunity to meet with Senator Duell and Representative Gooden during their busy schedules.
