Teens Take on Health Video Challenge

Youth between the ages of 13 and 19 are invited to participate in the Teens Take on Health Video Challenge!  The 90-second video should show a plan on how to tackle health challenges in one's family, school or community.

Videos must be submitted by May 3 to be eligible. Voting on the top 5 videos will be open to the public May 3 thru May 17. The winner will be announced May 17th!

Entrants have a chance to win a grand prize of $1,000, be featured in a national video, and win $2,500 for a youth program or classroom. Each of the top 5 finalists win $500.
