Youth Fitting Contest

We are so excited to be adding an additional contest to the 2025 KCJLS County Fair!  We hope that your Exhibitors will enjoy the added competition - And growth opportunity.

Introducing the Kaufman County Fair and Livestock Show - FITTING CONTEST!

Below you will find the guidelines for Cattle, Lamb and Goat Teams.  As well as the link to add your Exhibitor Team Entries.  

Feel free to share the link with any of your students (entries do not have to be completed by Advisors/Agents).

Contest Date/Times:

Wednesday, February 26

***Lamb/Goat Contest will be held in Pig Ring 

***Cattle Contest will be held in Cattle Ring

• Lambs - 6:00pm
• Goats - 7:00pm
• Cattle - 7:00pm

Award Presentation:

Champion and Reserve Champion Teams will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on Saturday, March 1st at 1:30pm
