Training on the New Online Record Book System Coming Soon

Derrick Bruton, District IV 4-H Specialist and co-creator of the new online 4-H Record Book keeping system will be on hand to explain all the new ins and outs of the system and give you a hands-on look at it!  Yay!  Yay!  Yay!

When:  Monday, November 21st

Time:  6:00 p.m.  onsite registration, 6:15 p.m. training starts

Duration:  approximately 2 hours, depending on questions and fun – could go longer, but not much!

Location:  Farm Bureau Insurance, Community Room in Canton!

What to bring:  pens/pencil, note taking paper, and laptop – if you want to get online with us – we will not guarantee online access to you and will not be addressing personal technical difficulties.  If you have never used your laptop for wireless access, it may or may not work as it may not have a wireless card.  Internet access at this location will be restricted – no Facebook, MySpace, Pinterest, or other social media access will be allowed.

The training is open to 4-H Parents, Leaders, and Club Managers.  4-H Youth are welcome to participate, but need to be knowledgeable of the 4-H Record Keeping system to keep questions focused on new aspects of the system.  Derrick Bruton can address any questions related specifically to subject matter in the record books.

We will be providing a light snack and drinks for this training, but not a meal.

RSVP on or before Wednesday, November 16th.  An RSVP is appreciated to the Van Zandt County Extension 903-567-4149, leave a message with Ms. Eva as to how many from your family to expect.
