Heifer verification and Order for new UIN numbers

Information for the Fall Heifer Unique Identification Number (UIN) Ordering Process

1.       If you have not already, send to me the number of NEW heifers or heifers that will be changing ownership OR breed designation for this Fall Stock Shows by April 16^th!!

2.       Only one order per county will be accepted, so I need to have time to get the request in

3.       UIN orders are free but please be as accurate as possible.  The actual Validation of the heifer will cost $10.00

Important Dates

 ·         June 18 or 19th, 2015    Physical validation deadline

o   Right now the vote for major steer, and heifer verification is either June 18^th or June 19^th.

o   You will need to have the original papers transferred and present in the 4-H members name by this date.  So if you are buying a heifer in May you will need to tell them to rush the transfer or make sure it is done in time. 

o   Parents will need to be present to sign the forms.
